Corporate Management

Sean Mollins


Bringing an exemplary sales and management track record to PDM and 15 years of experience in the metals industry, Sean joined the company in 2014 as the General Manager of Feralloy PDM Steel Service (FPSS), and promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015.

Prior to PDM, he worked at Kaiser Aluminum, a supplier of parent company Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., and Reliance Union City, where he worked his way up through sales and management positions.

Adam Ivankovic

Vice President & COO

As Vice President and COO, Adam is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company. Adam came to PDM Steel with 14 years of experience in the metals industry and a successful track record of sales and management leadership with Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., Division 02 in Union City, California. Adam joined PDM Steel in 2015 as the General Manager of Feralloy PDM Steel Service and promoted to Vice President & COO in February of 2019.

Jennifer Gardner

VP of Finance and CFO

Jennifer brings 10 years of experience in the metals industry and has served as part of PDM’s management team since 2014. Prior to PDM, she worked as a group controller for the parent company Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., overseeing 27 divisions. Her career progression has been fueled by key initiatives including profit optimization, internal process efficiencies and enhancing the overall control environment.

Mike Hill

Manager- Fleet, Safety & Human Resources

Starting his career in the steel business in 1979, Mike has worked for PDM for 30 years. Hired originally as inside sales in Stockton, California, he was promoted to purchasing manager in 1996, and transferred to outside sales in Fresno, California in 1999. Mike went on to become the assistant general manager for the Woodland, Washington branch in 2002; the general manager for the Las Vegas branch in 2004; and the general manager of the Fresno, California branch in 2005, before relocating to corporate headquarters in 2016.

Mike Krogstad

IT Manager

Mike has served as the company’s IT manager since 1984. He has received three awards for excellence in service during his career and managed the company's business operating software. Since joining the company, he has worked to position the company to sustain future, consistent and profitable growth.

Jennifer Varwig

Business Development/ Corporate Office Manager

Since joining the company in 2011, Jennifer has successfully overseen marketing and advertising campaigns leading up to her promotion to business development manager in 2015. She now heads PDM’s corporate initiatives and is responsible for spearheading the company’s new vision for growth opportunities, which includes online branding, corporate identity and marketing.
